How it works

Order as usual
There is no fee to join. Your credit is linked to the email address on your order, so you earn 5% even when you check out without an account.

Credit lands in your account
After your order, 5% of the product value shows up in your account as store credit. If an order is cancelled, the credit for it is removed.

Spend it on your next order
At checkout, sign in with the same email address and apply your store credit, which comes off your order total.

Do I need an account?
An account is optional. Credit is added to the email address on your order, and to spend it you sign in with that same address. Signing in works with a code sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
What is the 5% based on?
It is based on the amount you pay for products, after any discount in your cart.
Do I earn credit on discounted orders too?
Yes. You earn credit on orders with the set discount or a code as well, and at checkout you can use it alongside them because it works as a payment method.
Which currency is my credit in?
The examples on this page are shown in the currency you shop in. You can see the exact amount and the currency of your credit in your account after the order.
Can I cash out my credit?
Credit can only be spent on orders in the DIVAZ shop and cannot be paid out as money.
Are there levels or points?
The club has one level, the same for everyone. Every member gets 5% back on every order, straight as credit.
