Where is my order?
When your order is on its way, we email you the tracking number for the parcel. If the tracking stops updating, or the parcel shows as delivered and you have not received it, write to us with your order number.
I need to change my address
Write to us as soon as you can with your order number and the correct address. The sooner you tell us, the better the chance we can fix it before the parcel ships.
I want to change my order
Write to us right after you place your order and we will tell you whether anything can still be changed before it ships.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged, wrong or faulty item, write to us at contact@divaz.ro with your order number and the problem you noticed. A photo of the parcel and the product helps us sort it out faster.

Returns and refunds
Here is a short summary of our refund policy. You can read the full text in the refund policy.
- You can withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Let us know by emailing contact@divaz.ro with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with the return address, so please wait for our message before you send the parcel.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your message. The cost of return shipping is yours to cover.
- We refund what you paid for the returned items, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the items or proof that you sent them.
- For hygiene reasons, press-on nail sets and make-up that arrive sealed can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
- We do not run a separate exchange process. If you would like a different design or shape, return the item and place a new order.
Warranty
DIVAZ products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product does not match its description or has a defect, write to us and we will work out the remedy the law provides.

How long until I hear back?
We usually reply within 1 to 3 working days. In busy periods, around the holidays for example, it can take a little longer.
How can I pay?
Orders delivered to United States are paid online, by card or with a digital wallet.
How do I pick the right size?
Every set has 24 to 30 nails in 12 to 15 sizes, so you can find a good fit for each finger. The sizing steps are explained on the instructions page.
How long do the nails last?
With the glue in the set, your manicure lasts up to 3 weeks. With the adhesive tabs it usually lasts a day or two, and they come off more easily.
Do you deliver to my country?
